In such cases, we develop a tailored EasyLink solution and provide a fixed-price proposal, ensuring you have full visibility of both the implementation costs and the ongoing subscription fees from the outset.
Our hourly rate is DKK 800 excl. VAT, regardless of whether the work relates to project management, development, or technical support provided by our EasyLink specialists.
Any corrections of software bugs are, of course, always free of charge as long as your EasyLink subscription remains active.
EasyLink subscriptions are invoiced annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time with two months’ written notice.
Upon cancellation, EasyLink will cease to operate on your specified termination date within the already paid subscription period. Please note that prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable for any remaining portion of the subscription term.
A standard EasyLink solution is typically implemented within 2–5 business days. We will require temporary login access to your various systems, and we handle the full EasyLink configuration. Afterwards, you simply create a few test orders and verify that the transferred data appears correctly in your connected systems.
A custom EasyLink solution naturally requires more time, as new integrations usually need to be developed and thoroughly tested. You should therefore expect approximately 2–3 weeks for development, testing, and implementation.
